
Warranties and ReturnsAll products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. If a problem occurs with a product and the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, the item can be returned to Golf Direct and We (Golf Direct) will return it to the manufacturer to have the warranty claim considered. Return shipping charges within New Zealand for warranty items are the customer's responsibility. It is at the manufacturer's discretion to repair, replace or refund of item.
